This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies bidexia.com uses, what each one does, and how you can accept, refuse or change your choice. It complies with article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI) and with the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser, so that it can recognise the browser on a later visit or remember something between pages. Some cookies are essential for a site to work. Others, such as analytics cookies, are optional, and we only use those if you agree.
Summary
- We use technical cookies that the site needs in order to work. The law does not require your consent for these.
- We use one optional kind of cookie: analytics, through Google Analytics. We only set these cookies, and only load Google's analytics code, if you click Accept.
- We use no advertising, profiling or social-media cookies.

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which lots people look at and how visitors find us, so that we can improve the site. The reports are statistical. We do not use them to identify you, and we do not combine them with your account.

Until you click Accept, we do not load Google Analytics at all. No Google analytics code runs in your browser and no data is sent to Google for analytics. If you later withdraw your consent, we stop loading it from your next page view.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may transfer data to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to give adequate protection. Other third-party services
Cloudflare. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) to protect it against attacks. On the sign-in and registration forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from automated bots without asking you to solve puzzles. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection only to carry out that check, and does not use it for advertising. Online card payments. When card payment is switched on, the checkout page will load our payment provider's secure payment form, which uses its own fraud-prevention cookies. We will update this policy before that happens.
Your choice and how to change it
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Accept and Reject carry equal weight. Nothing is pre-selected, and the site works fully while you decide.
You can change your mind at any time. Click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to reopen the same choice. The change takes effect straight away. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we change the cookies we use.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the technical cookies, you will not be able to sign in or bid. Instructions for common browsers:

Staff dashboards
Our seller and administration dashboards are used only by our staff and approved sellers. They use technical cookies and browser storage to keep staff signed in (connect.sid, 10 hours), to remember the dashboard language and theme, and to hold photographs taken offline until they are uploaded. None of these are used for analytics or advertising.

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and, where the change needs your consent, ask you again.
